Annual Stardome Arena Fundraiser - Trip of the Month

300 tickets are sold and there are 10 trips to take, the lowest price trip is
$400.00), and if you don't want to take the trip you can take 80% of the trip in cash.
Winner announced in the Talk of the Town newsletter.

Aqua size classes
For the month of July

W ill be held Every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00pm - 9:00pm
1st Class will be held July 2nd @ 8:00
classes are 45 minutes long with a 15 minute swim time.
The Cost is $3:00 per class.

For the month of August
Times will be 7:00pm - 8:00pm
On Tuesday and Thursday's

Did you know that you can burn 150 - 300 calories in one Aqua size class, that just depends how hard you work, the Harder you work the more calories you can burn. Aqua size is for men and woman of all ages! No fitness level is required.

All you need to bring is a towel, sunglasses, water and of course wear your bathing suit.
Bring a friend, a neighbour, or come by yourself. Come out have fun!!!!

Swimming Lessons

Swimming lessons please contact the lifeguards @ the swimming pool @ 771 - 2342 Session one is full. Some spots are still available for session Two and Three.

First session: Monday July 6 - Friday July 17th 2009
Second Session: Monday July 20 - Friday July 31st 2009
Third Session : Monday August 3 - Friday August 14th 2009

Please bring your report card to registration night as we have no record to look back from 2008 season.
